Support System

Attivio provides a comprehensive issue management system for use by all customers to ask questions, report problems, or otherwise obtain technical support.   The URL is:

An account is required to access the support site; to request a login, please contact sales@attivio.com. After you create a ticket an engineer will respond.

If you are conducting an evaluation of AIE, please contact your Attivio Solution Architect.

Email Support

If you do not have access to the support site or do not wish to use it for any reason please email your request to support@attivio.com. The email will automatically create a ticket in the support system. You will get an automated reply confirming receipt of the message. An engineer will respond.

Phone Support

You may also request support by phone. Please call +1 (857) 226-5050 during Attivio business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM US Eastern time). Outside of business hours, this number forwards to our on-call answering service, which is for emergency 24×7 support only; non-emergency issues will be addressed on the following business day.

As noted above, if possible, please use http://jira.attivio.com instead, as it provides an easy way to attach diagnostic information.
