If you do not have access to the support site or do not wish to use it for any reason please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email will automatically create a ticket in the support system. You will get an automated reply confirming receipt of the message. An engineer will respond.
You may also request support by phone. Please call +1 (857) 226-5050 during Attivio business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM US Eastern time). Outside of business hours, this number forwards to our on-call answering service, which is for emergency 24×7 support only; non-emergency issues will be addressed on the following business day.
