The Tools Menu provides tools for debug level querying of AIE index contents and for providing Attivio Technical Support with diagnostic information for troubleshooting.

Tools Menu Options
Tool | Description |

Diagnostic Export | Generates a ZIP file containing a set of diagnostic information to be provided to Attivio Support. All log files are included in the export. |
Diagnostic Export - Minimal | Generates a ZIP file containing a minimal set of diagnostic information to be provided to Attivio Support. Log files are excluded from this export. |
Configuration Export | Generates a ZIP file of all configuration files for the running AIE system. |
